धर्मशाला: सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में इंसानों के साथ-साथ बेजुबान जानवर भी शिकार हो रहे हैं। हाल ही में धर्मशाला में एक हिट एंड रन की घटना में एक मासूम पिल्ला बुरी तरह घायल हो गया। सड़क पर तड़पते इस नन्हे जीव को लोगों ने नजरअंदाज कर दिया, लेकिन शिवा फाउंडेशन के वॉलंटियर्स ने इंसानियत की मिसाल पेश की और इस छोटे से जीव को नया जीवन दिया।

घटना का विवरण

14 फरवरी को धर्मशाला में एक अनजान गाड़ी ने एक मासूम पिल्ले को टक्कर मार दी और मौके से फरार हो गई। दर्द से तड़पते इस पिल्ले की हालत बेहद गंभीर थी। कई घंटे तक वह बिना किसी मदद के सड़क पर पड़ा रहा। स्थानीय लोग उसे देखकर भी आगे बढ़ गए, लेकिन किसी ने उसकी मदद नहीं की।

शिवा फाउंडेशन का सराहनीय प्रयास

जैसे ही शिवा फाउंडेशन के वॉलंटियर्स को इस घटना की जानकारी मिली, उन्होंने तुरंत एक्शन लिया। घायल पिल्ले को बचाने के लिए वॉलंटियर्स मौके पर पहुंचे और उसे धर्मशाला के पास स्थित पालमपुर वेटनरी हॉस्पिटल ले गए। वहाँ डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि पिल्ले की हालत गंभीर थी और उसे बचाने के लिए तत्काल इलाज की जरूरत थी।

इलाज के लिए जुटाए 25,000 रुपये

इलाज के लिए धन की आवश्यकता थी, जिसे पूरा करने के लिए संस्था के वॉलंटियर्स ने मिलकर 25,000 रुपये जुटाए। यह रकम आम जनता और पशु प्रेमियों के सहयोग से इकट्ठी की गई। उनके इस प्रयास से पिल्ले को समय पर उचित इलाज मिल पाया और अब उसकी हालत स्थिर बताई जा रही है।

आरोपी के खिलाफ होगी कार्रवाई

शिवा फाउंडेशन ने इस हिट एंड रन घटना का सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगालने का प्रयास किया है। संस्था के वॉलंटियर मंजीत के अनुसार, जैसे ही आरोपी वाहन चालक की पहचान होगी, उसके खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराई जाएगी। इसके अलावा, घायल पिल्ले के इलाज का खर्च भी आरोपी से वसूला जाएगा।

While many ignored its plight, the volunteers of Shiva Foundation stepped forward and gave the little creature a new lease on life.

On February 14, an unknown vehicle hit a puppy and fled the scene, leaving the poor animal writhing in pain. The injured puppy lay on the road for hours, suffering without any help. Passersby ignored it, unwilling to step forward and assist.

Shiva Foundation’s Compassionate Act

As soon as the volunteers of Shiva Foundation learned about the incident, they sprang into action. They rescued the injured puppy and took it to the Palampur Veterinary Hospital near Dharamshala.
