अगर हमें सुबह जल्दी बाहर जाना है या कुछ काम है, तो हम सुबह 4.00 बजे का अलार्म लगाकर सो जाते हैं.
और अक़्सर हम उस दिन Alarm के पहले ही उठ जाते हैं...
"This is Bio-Clock".
बहुत से लोग ये मानते हैं कि वो 80-90 की उम्र में चले जाएँगे.
और
काफी लोग ये विश्वास करते हुए अपनी Bio-clock दिमाग़ में set कर लेते हैं, कि 50-60 की उम्र में सभी बीमारियाँ उन्हें घेर लेंगी, ऐसे लोग सामान्यतः 50-60 की उम्र में बीमारियों से घिर जाते हैं और जल्दी ही भगवान को प्यारे भी हो जाते हैं.
Actually हम अंजाने में अपनी गलत Bio-clock सेट कर लेते हैं.
चाइना में लोग आराम से 100 साल तक जीते हैं, क्योंकि उनकी Bio-clock उसी तरह set रहती है.
अतः मित्रों,
1. हम लोग अपनी Bio-clock इस तरह set करें, जिससे हम कम से कम 100 साल तक जी सकें.
याद रखिए "Age" is "just a Number",
but,
Old Age" is Just a Mindset
कुछ लोग 75 साल की उम्र में अपने आप को Young महसूस करते हैं, तो कुछ लोग 50 की उम्र में भी खुद को बूढ़ा महसूस करते हैं.
2. हमें अपने भीतर ये विश्वास बनाना है कि हम 40 से 60 वर्ष की उम्र में उन सभी बीमारियों से दूर हो चुकेंगे, जो पहले भी कभी हुई हों,
ताकि हमारी bio-clock वैसे ही set हो जाए.
Then, there is no chance of getting any disease.
3. Look young.
अपनी वेशभूषा, और look सदैव ऐसा रखें ताकि young नज़र आएँ।
Do not allow the appearance of ageing.
4. Be Active.
अपनी-अपनी स्थिति के अनुसार Walking इस Jogging कीजिए.
5. ये विश्वास बनाइए कि उम्र के साथ हेल्थ बेहतर होगी. (It's true).
6. NEVER, EVER ALLOW THE BIO-CLOCK SET YOUR ENDING..... कभी भी Bio-Clock को आपके जल्दी स्वर्ग सिधारने की अनुमति मत दीजिए।
ध्यान रखें, हम जैसा अपने मन में सोचते हैं, हमारे शरीर की सारी प्रक्रियाएँ उसी हिसाब से काम करती हैं।
अत: जीवन में हमारी सोच, हमेशा सकारात्मक होनी चाहिए।
