As professionals, we invest so much in creating

positive workplaces. We talk about culture, mental health, collaboration,

and communication. But what about our Homes? Lately, I’ve been thinking deeply about how the energywe carry at Home impacts every other part of

our life—our work, our mindset, our relationships.

So, here’s a personal family rule we’ve decided

to follow:

Inside our home, we will not:

❌ Speak Negatively
❌ Spread Bitterness or Hate
❌ Raise our Voices in Anger
❌ Be Destructive with our words

Instead, we choose to:
✅ Speak with Kindness
✅ Use Gestures that Uplift
✅ Share ideas that build and grow
✅ Create a space of Empathy, Peace, 

and Understanding

And when something negative must be discussed?

 We step outside—physically or mentally.

 We leave the heavy energy at the door.

Because our home deserves to be a safe,

positive sanctuary. A space for healing,

dreaming, laughing, and connecting. 💛

In a world that can often feel overwhelming,

a positive home isn't a luxury—it's a necessity.

There should be no bitterness in words,

There should be no tune of sadness in words.

Let the anger, heavy complaints,

All be outside the door.

There should be only light,

Affection, cooperation and support inside the

home.

Where every corner speaks of comfort,

Where dreams find passion.

The home is not just bricks and stones,

It should be a group of hearts.

Let's build such a home,

Where every day has a beautiful effect.

Where we live with a smile,

Every relationship should be a matter of trust.

बस हो प्रेम, हो शुभ संकेत,
हो शांति का हर रोज़ संदेश।

गुस्से की बात, शिकायतें भारी,
दरवाज़े से बाहर हों सारी।
घर के भीतर सिर्फ़ उजियारा,
स्नेह, सहयोग और सहारा।

जहाँ हर कोना बोले सुकून,
जहाँ सपनों को मिले जुनून।
घर नहीं सिर्फ़ ईंट पत्थर,
ये तो दिलों का हो समूह।

चलो बनाएं ऐसा घर,
जहाँ हर दिन हो सुंदर असर।
जहाँ रहें हम मुस्कान के साथ,
हर रिश्ता बने विश्वास की बात।
