WHY ARE YOU NOT GETTING THE JOB?????????
In this high paced environment where everyone is chasing to get the best job, the corporate itself is having the high end competitions even for the small to big designations. But apart from just running after the jobs and just applying for hundreds of jobs in a day . Have we given a thought to think and evaluate our failures and why is it happening? Why am I not getting the reverts of my applications ? Why am I not getting selected?
Being an HR for almost 2 Years Now and handling almost all of the NON IT Designations I really want to share my experience and possible reasons why it happens. I would love to hear your opinions on the same.

Poorly written resume:
We apply quickly to several jobs before
even looking at the resumes.
Basic spelling and grammar issues are
frequently found in CVs. These little
things can make a significant impression because no employer wants to work with someone whose resume is poorly written. So, proofread it every time. Prior to Applying.
Apply for suitable Jobs:
We almost apply for every second job in
the hopes of finding one, which turns
the profile into a fake profile. Therefore,
always strive to apply for positions that
fit your qualifications, your skill set, or
the designation that is available to all
profiles. Because automated tools, or
ATS, are used by the majority of
businesses nowadays. HR might not
even care to verify if you apply
haphazardly to several positions at a
company and your application is
rejected for different titles.
Edit your resume:
Before applying for a job, always try to
edit your resume. You never know, you
might be a great fit and already possess
all the talents needed, but you forgot to
include them in your resume.
Examine the job description to identify
any similarities that you may highlight
on your resume. For the same reason, ATS is crucial in this situation because it does the keyword search. Your profile would have a higher chance of being initially viewed and reviewed.
Boost your abilities:
Psychology plays a major factor here. Not only can having a diverse skill set enhance your resume, but it also reflects well on you as a thoughtful, self-assured, and multitasking individual. This makes a really good first impression of you and aids in the suppression of any negative self-talk. It demonstrates that one is compatible with the new standards and tasks and would find it easy to adapt.
